Lorenzo Brusci and Mariposa will be performing Metamorfosi di canzoni napoletane at Teatro Sancarluccio (http://www.teatrosancarluccio.com/) in Naples on the 20th of April 2004 as part of the EVENTI KONSEQUENZ curated by Girolamo de Simone. Konsequenz (http://www.konsequenz.it), a journal and website devoted to discourse on the melting-pot of contemporary art, is sponsoring a series of concerts featuring "borderline composers" who are not as well-known as they ought to be. Half an hour before the start of every concert, the lights will go out and the audience will be treated to rare remixes derived exclusively from the Konsequenz archives, including Brusci's metamorphoses of Neapolitan songs (which he describes as Electronic Metacompositions).
