We suspended the sessions when no one was showing up on Saturday.

a nice idea, for sure... but likely hard to coordinate. are you guys available on iChat for support? or would you rather be contacted via email?

In most cases email is preferable (especially if it is a problem that takes more than a minute or two to think about and solve). But for quick questions or emergencies iChat is great. Send us an email to swap iChat login names.
