Outersect Modeler
Software: 10 Jul 2009
By: RobRayle

http://www.outersect.net/modeler/

Rob Rayle has released his Outersect Modeler for Kyma on the Capybara: a set of microcoded Sounds that allow the user to emulate the expressive characteristics and modes of acoustic instruments by manipulating a small number of simple parameters that relate directly to the actions of real-world players. Many of these sounds are "realistic" and others behave the way natural instruments behave and are expressive in many of the same ways that acoustic instruments are expressive. For demos and purchasing information, please see the Outersect website.
