Question (or Task)

Is there a way to copy a vcs layout from one timeline to another? Also: is there a way to automaticaly arrange the several layouts in a timeline so that they show up in the upper right field of the vcs in order (e.g. frome one to ten)? I tried to name the layouts 001_blabal, 002_blabla, ...010_blabla. which resulted in 004_blabla, 001_blabla, 002_blabla, 006_blabla, ...

AND: maybe a wish that this upper right popdown in the vcs opens a window which is in my case almost always too small - and scrolling down behaves very strange. Would be nice to have it bigger or -best - to open the vcs coresponding to position in timeline.

Solution(s)

To copy from VCS to another:

  1. Unlock first VCS, click in VCS, Select all, Copy
  2. Unlock second VCS, click in VCS, Select all, Paste

The order of the Layouts in the menu is hierarchical (corresponding to the depth of the corresponding Sound in the signal flow graph.

Regarding the pull down menu, if you hold the Option (or CTRL) key down when opening the menu, all of the options will be displayed.

Hope this is of some help.
