Problem

I tried to employ the Capybara to output sound from max/msp via ASIO driver and got a system crash. Should this still work with Kyma X and the Flame?

-- MichaelStrohmann - 09 Jan 2004

Solution

The old ASIO drivers do not work with Kyma X (even under OS 9). Core audio is on our list of things to work on next. Once that is implemented in Kyma, you might be able to use JackOSX to connect the two.
