Problem

In configuration with multiple monitors arranged vertically (I use large plasma screen above the laptop), when sound editor (or another work window) is on the upper screen, most confirmation dialogs are rendered in invisible space. I can only see tiny horizontal portion of that dialog at the top of the laptop screen whereas the dialog is expected to be on the upper screen. Somewhat similar behavior is shown by tool-tips - whichever monitor (of vertically arranged ones) the window component is on, tool-tips only appear on the laptop screen.
