Delays Discussion

Digital delays are nice in that the repetition is exact, but many of our favorite delays are so because of their shortcomings. The shortcomings lead to a devolvution of sound on long delays. This degradation is the heart of quite a bit of theory and entire genres of music.

These delays are some basic attempts at making delays that shape over time. Waveshapers form the core with downsamplers, bit rate changes, and filters. None are entirely successful but they can yield interesting results.

Please play with and modify. I am most interested any other examples and approaches.

Additionally, there is several sounds with sequence components and several with input and control envelopes. The envelopes seem to help with sounds with strong transients that otherwise may create too strong of a reverb image.
