kyma•tweaky: Share FractDelayDiscuss

The fractional delay example shows an integer delay (implemented with a DelayWithFeedback) cascaded with a fractional delay (implemented with a single pole allpass filter).

The integer delay part has smooth delay changes turned off, so when changing the total delay by more than one sample, you may get a click. You may prefer to have the portamento effect that you get when smooth delay changes is turned on.
