2. In the table of uploaded files, click the Action link
3. Scroll to bottom of page and click Move Attachment link
4. Change the topic to TrashAttachment
5. In the To: field, select Trash

Carla, i'm getting this error when i try and trash an uploaded file

Please go back in your browser and chose a topic that exists.
