Tracking and Mixing Discussion

Talk of using the Capybara and Kyma as a front end prodded me to create channel strips in aiding input tracking. Nothing special, just an organization of amps, expander, eqs, and compressor. Requires DavidMcClain microsounds (see Microsounds).

Channel strip is a mono sound, tracking mixer is 4 channel of strips (one for each Kyma input; double up the mixer if you have the 8 channel expander) with pre-eq and post-eq sends. I would like to build some more advanced mixers in Kyma but this is a simple thing for tracking inputs for recording.

I tried to setup the VCS in a sane manner. Mod the EQ ranges as you see fit. Personally, I believe in substracting on the EQ more than gain, which is why on the Channel strip the range is -36db to 9db.
