Question (or Task)

How do I ExtendCrossFilterFade? The CrossFilter? prototype is very cool, but it would be much cooler (for me, anyway) if I could find some way create a longer, slower fade to silence. Any ideas that don't involve an automated timeline?

Solution(s)

.Hi Mark Not sure if I understand, but if you use a long crossfilter and the Impulse you record decays slowly, then the output signal will also decay slowly when you cut the input.

Thanks Pete: I found that the ProtoType?: "Stochastic Reverb" provides a good template for what I'm looking for ... using a long ResponseDuration? and matching OnDuration? for the FunctionGenerator? (with reversed Exponential function).
