Symbolic Sound does not sell pre-owned or previous-generation products, but you may occasionally see one become available on the Internet. If you purchase a used system from a third party, you can transfer the software registration over to your name, entitling you to free telephone, email, and Internet support. Transferring the registration is free and it means you'll be kept up to date on the availability of new revisions and releases. We will also honor any time remaining on the original one-year hardware warranty.

Only original owners (people who purchase Kyma systems directly from Symbolic Sound) are eligible for discounts and special promotions on future hardware and software upgrades.

As a service, we will also provide verification that the name of the individual you are thinking of buying a used system from corresponds to the serial number of that system as registered in our database. If the name and serial number do not correspond, you might want to ask the seller for an explanation.
