• Bio: Franz Danksagmüller studied recorder, piano, organ and theories with his father; further studies in organ, composition and church music at the Universities of Music in Vienna and Saarbröcken (Germany). Franz worked as a teacher for organ and improvisation at the University of Music in Vienna. At present, he is an organist and componist at the Cathedral of St. Pölten (near Vienna). Franz writes for organ, choir and electronics, and also performs with several musicians and actors. In addition to all this, Franz makes film music and club music.
